This is a 4 Bedroom, 3 Full bath 100 year historical home for rent on the beautiful Boulevard in Logan, UT.
Walking distance to downtown, to campus & to walking trails connecting to the Canyon.

This house is a unique gem, it has unique 100 year old windows, the woodworking is original & unpainted, the light fixtures are all very original and around 100 years old. Original wood floors. The kitchen is small but gourmet with high end appliances (European style built in glass refridge) & instant boiling water at the sink. The first floor also has remote control window shades & some rooms have remote control lites, all Kohler faucets and sinks. The house has 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioners to easily control the temperature on each floor separately, these units can also be controlled by your phone, as does the old yard sprinkling water system.

There is a fully updated laundry room in basement as well as a large pantry and utility room & 2 more extra rooms. The backyard is fenced in & has 100 year old trees that create a lot of shade in the summer time. The gardens are mature & beautiful but will need tending to. It also has a water softener, salt pellets are included with rental.

I am able to create another short term 1 year lease for $2,800 + Utilities a month or a negotiated lower rate for a longer term lease... No Pets and no smoking on property & no alternations to the home or yard.
We require Ist months rent, last months rent & a full security deposit down upon move in date. (This is a chunk but the house is worth the trouble.) & Yes this is an expensive rental but I'm looking just for that right fit where it actually works for that certain someone. We want to hold true to the integrity of this home. It truly deserves that respect being 100 years old.

I'm really hoping to find that person, couple or small family that wants to be here for 2 or more years...
The house I have left partially furnished with some antiques and I have left lots of original ART & all the household & yard tools it needs to tend to its basic needs...
It really is more than just a quaint old home it has a lot of fabulous updates for comfort! We are the third owner, this property does not have a long history as a rental.

Viewings are by appointment only. This house is not for sale, but I may sell it in 5 or 6 years upon retirement if I choose not to come back to Cache Valley.

& On a side note, because I have had a lot of these inquiries... this is not a 4-6 person college rental, this is a personal historical home, this address is not within the Campus Residential Zone. Within city ordinances you can not rent a home to 4 people that are not related so this is not that kind of place.
