The Rectory, constructed of brick laid in Flemish bond, is a two-story, central passage dwelling that sits majestically on a high English basement. It has almost identical front & back porticos supported by two sets of double columns. House has a hipped roof, 2 interior chimneys & wide central hallways w. 2 rooms on each side on the first floor, 2nd floor, & basement. Front & back entrance doors have transoms, & the windows on all floors are capped w. stone lintels. 2008 New gas furnaces & new central air conditioning for 1st & 2nd floors. 2009 New kitchen cabinets, counter tops, appliances & vinyl floor. 2nd floor bath gutted to studs & rebuilt. 4th upstairs BR-built a closet & added a vanity & sink. Refinished or buffed all wood floors, Painted inside & outside trim
