Please look at the reviews online, even the ones that do comment on the highway. As you drive around the island you notice how many homes have driveways that open directly to the highway or beach road and they still rent all summer long. It is a narrow stretch of land and every home is close to some sort of road noise. This development was built in the late 90’s and of all the homes backing up to the highway, more than 50% are still original owners. This house is routinely booked 100% from mid June to the end of September, and routinely gets 4 and 5 star reviews with repeat rentals and is above $40,000 in rentals yearly.
