One of the Best lots in Seven Sisters as it looks straight out to ocean. Village at Nags Head has an an amenity package second to none and is available by separate membership. Amenities include an oceanfront Beach and Tennis Club with cafe and changing facilities, and an 18 Hole Scottish Links par 71 golf course. Other amenities that convey to homeowners are 2 soundside sailing piers, private oceanfront beach access with bath house, Village Shuttle, and 5 oceanfront beach walk ways. Regarding the location; yes the home backs to the by-pass - however it is oriented facing East and the ocean and there are no decks or outdoor spaces on the highway. Please look at the reviews online, even the ones that do comment on the highway. As you drive around the island you notice how many homes have driveways that open directly to the highway or beach road and they still rent all summer long. It is a narrow stretch of land and every home is close to some sort of road noise. This development was built in the late 90’s and of all the homes backing up to the highway, more than 50% are still original owners. This house is routinely booked 100% from mid June to the end of September, and routinely gets 4 and 5 star reviews with repeat rentals and is above $40,000 in rentals yearly. A great return for this sized home.
