This is a very special property. Pretty much everyone wants to live in the south west corner of the Park (stones throw to Vanderbilt Beach and The Ritz Carlton). The most wanted lots are Double Lots with Southern Exposure. The neighborhood is exploding with new construction all around this home. New roof and new exterior paint, however balance of home is original. Can surely be remodeled, but I'm guessing it will probably be torn down for a new Dream Beach Home. Having the Beach close by everyday is a wonderful blessing. Having the Police and Medical close by is very comforting. Mercato at the end of the street means fun is always close by.
