Dear potential home buyers,
It’s with mixed feelings that we are selling our beloved Knapsack. We always wanted a second home near Steamboat, and had been looking for many years. When we found Glen Eden Resort (“The Glen”) we weren’t sure how we felt about the distance from town and Steamboat Mountain. But, fast forward a few visits later and we were completely in love. We mostly visit in the winter and spend our weekends skiing. It turns out we actually love the 25-minute drive to the ski resort and use it to ramp up for or unwind from our ski day. The drive along Elk River Road is gorgeous no matter what time of year it is.
Unfortunately, we are too busy to take full advantage of our home here in North Routt County, so we’ve decided to sell it. We hope you will love it as much as we do. Here is what our family of four loves about Knapsack and The Glen:
