  • Remarks Public Addendum: Electric has a set $/kWh rate each year. Tenant is required to hook up to Eversource to be on the electrical grid, which is a $9.62/month fee. Within a given month, if usage is less kWh than the system produces, Eversource "banks" the excess sent to the grid.
