Guests are responsible for any violations of the agreement, including but not limited to disrespectful use of property, lost or damaged items, exceeding guest count, unauthorized gatherings, possession of illegal substances, excessive cleaning or trash removal, failure to return keys, soiling of linens or property, excessive utility consumption, unauthorized use of pool heater, unsanitary pool/spa use, violation of no-smoking or pet policies, or relocating furniture. Any violation may result in charges to the credit card on file or legal action. Parties, special events, or gatherings of people are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized use of the pool heater incurs a per diem rate and may take up to 48 hours to heat. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies when they run out.
The responsible party signing the agreement must provide a valid credit card for any violations or optional services. Guests authorize the manager to charge the credit card for any violations of the agreement, incidentals, or optional services requested during the stay. The credit card authorization cannot be revoked and will remain active for 45 days after vacating the premises. If the responsible party and guests uphold the terms of the agreement, obey house rules, are respectful of neighbors and staff, and use the property appropriately, no additional charges will be made. The manager reserves the right to apply additional charges or seek damages for failure to uphold responsibilities, including but not limited to disrespectful use of property, lost/stolen/damaged items, unreported damages, failure to obey check-in/check-out times, exceeding guest count, unauthorized gatherings, illegal activity, excessive cleaning/trash removal, failure to return keys/openers, soiling of property, excessive utility consumption, unauthorized pool heater use, unsanitary pool/spa use, violation of no-smoking or pet policies, or relocating furniture. If the manager is unsuccessful in charging the card, they will demand payment from the guest, and if the guest fails to pay, legal action may be taken, including court costs, attorney fees, and maximum interest rates.
