Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. No smoking, pets, or events are allowed on the property. Guests must be at least 26 years old to book. Only confirmed booked guests are allowed, with no visitors unless approved by the host. Any violation of the no-smoking, no-pets, or no-parties policy will result in cancellation of the reservation and immediate departure without a refund. There is a $100 fee for excessive garbage or failure to set it out for collection. No diving in the swimming pool, and guests must rinse sand off from the beach before entering the pool. No running on the pool deck, and children must be monitored by the pool. No glass is allowed in or around the pool.
