Hello, my name is Jared, and I'm looking for people to come live at my place in American Fork. I've been a landlord for about 7 years now at my place in West Jordan. I have never once raised rent on someone after move-in and do not plan to. I am looking for someone with the standards of an LDS young single adult. The standards include clean, no swearing, no R-rated movies, no alcohol or drugs, cleans up, and has relatively quiet music. Nothing that would reasonably bother other tenants or myself will be tolerated. Any questions or complaints can be made to me, and I will take action. Let me know of any questions you may have.

Rooms:
3 good-sized private rooms - $600 a month;
The master suite with a private bathroom - $800 a month;
+ utilities split by renters; these estimate to be $40-100 (Solar mostly covers the electricity).
I do not believe in crazy fees. Only a fully refundable deposit of last month's rent will be required upon move-in.

Lease: 3 - 16 Months, Month-to-Month available after lease terms
Deposit Details: The deposit is one month's rent so the master suite would have an $800 deposit. It is fully refundable if you help out with cleaning while you're here and you leave your room and the house clean and undamaged when you leave.
