Pet-friendly and community-minded, Rose Rent Lofts brings contemporary living to one of Chambersburg’s most storied landmarks. Originally built as Chambersburg’s high school—portions dating back to 1826—the building was meticulously transformed into 31 unique loft apartments in 2021.

Residents enjoy thoughtfully designed common spaces that make everyday life feel a little more extraordinary. Our Piano Parlor offers a relaxed lounge environment where you can read, work, unwind, or try your hand at our restored 1870 grand piano. The Rec Room features an 85" large-screen TV with streaming and cable, a deep leather Chesterfield sofa, Bluetooth audio, and a professional 8' Connelly pool table—ideal for hosting friends or just kicking back. All shared spaces are open to residents any time and can be reserved for private events.

A dedicated guest suite is maintained for resident guests on a priority basis and is offered to the wider Chambersburg community through Airbnb when available.
