Smoking and parties are not allowed. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A contactless self check-in experience is provided via an electronic door code. Guests are responsible for adhering to the agreement, and violations may result in charges to the credit card on file. This includes disrespectful use of property, lost or damaged items, exceeding guest count, unauthorized gatherings, illegal activity, excessive cleaning or trash removal, failure to return keys, soiling of linens or upholstery, excessive utility consumption, unauthorized use of pool/spa heater, unsanitary pool/spa use, violation of no-smoking or pet policies, or relocating furniture. Failure to pay may result in legal action. Hosting special events, weddings, or parties is strictly prohibited unless arranged under a separate contract. The property will not be rented to vacationing students or singles under 25 unless accompanied by adult guardians. The manager reserves the right to terminate the guest's use of the property without refund for violations. Any reservation obtained under false pretense is subject to forfeiture of monies paid and potential legal penalties. Guests and their guests shall not disturb neighbors or use the premises for unlawful purposes. Any guest remaining after being told to vacate is guilty of a misdemeanor. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own property. Trailers, boats, jet skis, or commercial vehicles may not be parked at the property. Parking is limited to the driveway, garage, or allotted spaces. Street parking is not customary. Pets are allowed with written authorization and assumption of all responsibility for damages, injury, or nuisance. Pool heat can be arranged in advance for a per diem rate, and it may take 48 hours to heat. Pool heat charges are for utility and water consumption and are generally non-refundable. Guests are responsible for keeping the property tidy and for taking out trash. An initial supply of essentials is provided, and guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies. Lost, stolen, or damaged linens will be charged at three times the replacement cost. Locked closets and storage areas are off-limits to guests. Guests are responsible for putting trash bins out on scheduled pickup days. Utilities, internet, and basic cable TV are provided, but excessive consumption may incur extra charges. Pay-per-view or specialty TV programs will be charged at cost plus a $25 billing fee. There is no telephone service provided. Guests are encouraged to bring their own cellular telephones and wireless devices.
