We are currently not accepting pets. This is a No Smoking unit.
Security Deposit is equal to one month of rent. Utilities are $200 fixed per month. Proof of renter's insurance is required at move in to receive your keys. All residents that are 18 years old or older are required to fill out an application ($50) and are subject to a credit and background check. Please note: All showings are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 and Saturday 10 AM to 2:00 PM. No Showings on Sundays and Holidays.
