The property will be sold “AS IS”. TERMS OF SALE: Real Property: A cash or certified check deposit of $25,000.00 will be required from the purchaser at the time and place of sale. The balance of the purchase
price to be paid in cash at settlement, which shall occur on or before 45 days from the date of sale, time being of the essence. Otherwise, the deposit herewith required shall be forfeited and the property resold at the risk and cost of the defaulting purchaser, including attorney fees, deficiency in purchase price and
