Wingert Land Services will take to Auction the Multi-Parcel 212.02± Acres of land located in Echo Township, Yellow Medicine County, MN. The auction will offer Parcel One, Parcel Two, or Parcel One & Two Combination.
Parcel One has a total of 152.92± acres and 147.37± FSA Tillable Acres. This is leased through the 2026 crop year. The main soils are Canisteo clay loam, Okoboji silty clay, and Amiret-Swanlake loam. The topography is level with a 92.0 CPI and private mains and laterals with outlets to CD-28.
Parcel Two offers 59.10± acres with 58.50± FSA Tillable Acres. It is leased through the 2026 crop year. Main soils include Okoboji silty clay, Canisteo clay loam, and Amiret-Swanlake loams. CPI is 90.6 with the topography as level and the private mains and laterals with outlet to CD-28.
This property will be surveyed if purchased separately from Parcel 1. Purchase price will be adjusted by the surveyed acres if there is more than a half acre difference.
A tile maintenance agreement between Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 will be drafted if purchased by separate parties. The agreement will allow for the repair, maintenance, and improvement of any existing tile lines.
