About This Home

Note: the pictures in the ad are from when I rented out bedroom #2. This is for bedroom #3 which is nearly identical to the room you will be renting out.

First floor: access to front of house, access to garage, and bedroom which is currently occupied by a tenant for going on 72 months.

Second floor: access to porch with grille, griddle, and outdoor seating area. Second floor also has game room with pool table, TVs, and darts. Updated Kitchen with 13 foot island and stainless steel appliances along with a small bathroom off the kitchen. Second floor also has a living room with sectional couch and TV area.

Third floor: owner’s suite (occupied by me, the owner), bedroom occupied by a tenant for going on 42 months, washer/dryer, along with a hall bath (shared by you and other tenant), and the room you’d be renting.

The room you would be renting is roughly 11x10 and would comfortably fit a full bed, but with the bed against a wall, you could fit a queen sized bed. Your rental would include access to the 60” mounted in your room already. Pre loaded on that TV are subscriptions to cable TV, Netflix, Hulu, ESPN+, Prime TV, MLB TV. A few steps from your bedroom is a washer/dryer which is certainly an underrated little perk.


Any interested applicant should be relatively quiet and clean. This isn’t a party house and I’d like to keep it that way.

Rent is $900 if you sign a 6 month lease and $850 if you sign a 12 month lease which does include utilities and TV subscriptions.

If you’re interested send me a little bio of yourself. Applicant should have a credit score of 650 or above, make 3-4x the rent value, and will need to pass a background check (at cost of the you, usually about $20).

Current demographics of the 3 people currently living here are males in their low to mid 30s.
