Main level features an open kitchen to living room, separate family room on side of home, or use as needed. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Partial Basement usable and some finishing. Car lovers garage too. Fenced back yard. Heat pump 3 yrs, newer water heater, 3 car attached garage and fantastic .83 acre lot with large trees and wide open space to enjoy!! Furnace itself is about 7-10 years old. It's in great condition. Redid the majority of landscaping - replaced all mulch with rock and new plants/etc. Just finished repainting back deck (front deck will be finished soon) and we have French doors to the outside. The whole back yard is fenced in and there's a separately fenced area in my side yard. 8 large trees - 1 willow and 7 maples, and a few ornamental trees too. Garage: 2 car garage with lots of cabinets and floor drain. Just replaced the ceiling (did it in pine) and installed two new light fixtures and a ceiling fan. Installed a new wall heater and a new garage door (maybe 2 years old now). Painted the garage and updated the window. The driveway also has room to park a boat/trailer/etc. Basement: 1/2 basement, 1/2 crawl space. Water softener is about 10-12 years old I believe. A small pet bath installed in the basement too. Double pumps for sump with drain tiles going to the front (for heavy rains) and the back (for normal use). The back yard also has a French drain installed. Besides the large sand filter and the softener, there are at least 3 other filters installed - very clean water. Lots of cabinet space down there too. Interior: New back door to the garage (medal door). Updated and repainted the laundry room - it had wallpaper. We have a fire place with cut-in shelves around it. Kitchen is updated and opened up - updated appliances (dishwater, stove in the island, and fridge); lots of cabinets - pull out drawers too. Hard wood throughout the house except for the bathrooms and master bedroom, which has memory foam padded carpet. Walk in, stone shower in the master. All new windows throughout the house. All season room with 15 foot ceiling and exposed beams. Also updated basically every fixture in the house (ceiling lights and fans).
