6 private, adjoining bathrooms (one per bedroom)

Simple, Upfront Summer Pricing
Brooklane leases are offered as individual contracts and billed up front for the full lease term, which allows residents to avoid monthly payments.

Brooklane Apartments:
$825 per resident for the full lease term

$200 refundable deposit
(4 residents per apartment)


Brooklane Annex Apartments:
$975 per resident for the full lease term

$250 refundable deposit
(6 residents per apartment, each with a private bath)
