There are 3 full bathrooms: the Master bath with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower and the other two full baths include showers on the ground floor and second floor. The townhouse is a total of 1985 square feet.

Newly landscaped back yard off living room and kitchen patio, offers colorful succulents and hibiscus bushes along side a winding CA stone granite walkway. The kitchen has a new French double door refrigerator, new dishwasher and new microwave. There is extra storage in the garage where you'll find the washer and dryer. There is a NEST thermostat and push button front door opener. No more keys to lose! ( just hold on to the pool key).

Floors are marble downstairs and laminate upstairs. Tasteful floor runners offer warmth in cool mornings. Stairs are carpeted.

Living room light is enhanced by two glass patio doors and large slider windows that accent the adjoining kitchen.Upstairs, bedrooms boast strong day light through large slider windows. New blackout curtains offer sound sleep.

-Rent is $7500 per month. Thirty one days minimum, month to month lease that can begin August 2026; Lease is 6 months to 1 year, move in-move out dates TBD.

-Tenants include only those listed on the lease. No subletting allowed without approval.

-A Deposit of $1000 includes a $600 cleaning fee; total deposit is due within 24 hours after being notified the townhouse is secured for tenant. The deposit is non refundable after 48 hours if the tenant defaults on the agreement to rent.

- Monthly rent is due by the first day of the month, electronically via your bank and/or by deposits at the Bank of America. Deposit instructions will be forwarded upon request.

-The $1000 deposit (minus cleaning fee) is refundable if there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear,and if the Parking/Visitor pass($100), garage($100) and gate openers ($100), parking pass decals and pool key ($100) are returned on the last day of occupancy.

-Pet deposit for cat and dog is $200, refundable when no damages requiring repair or replacement(s) are caused by the pet.

-Deposit is due within 24 hours of offer to rent.

-Deposit will be returned within 20 days.

-Townhouse is available to rent beyond the 6 months and/or lease agreement, subject to tenant request and owner approval initially verbally and then in writing within 48 hours.

-No smoking of any kind, including Vaping, anywhere on the property or on the East Beach Townhouse grounds.
