Right outside your door is literally the intramural fields which also has mountain bike trails, running trails, tennis courts, fields galore, and even a place for dogs. Sanford Stadium, home to the UGA football team, is less than a mile away. Even if you bought this just for game weekends it would be cheaper than renting a hotel after a while.
