Reservations obtained under false pretenses are subject to forfeiture of monies paid and potential legal action. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal property. Parking is available on the driveway or in the garage, and trailers, boats, or jet skis are not permitted. Pool heat is available for an additional per diem rate. Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy, taking out trash, and washing dishes. An initial supply of starter items is provided, and guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. Guests may request a fresh set of linens for an extra charge or use the in-unit washer and dryer. Lost or damaged linens will be charged at three times the replacement cost. Locked closets and storage areas are off-limits. Utilities, internet, and basic cable TV are provided, but excessive consumption may incur extra charges. Pay-per-view or specialty TV programs will be charged at cost plus a $25 billing fee. There is no telephone service provided.
