The first thing you will notice as you Drive in the is is how nice the area of Azure Skies is...older, well kept, custom homes..very nice! This 3 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath home is very open and light. The entry, kitchen and bathrooms have tile flooring, the rest is carpet (needs cleaned). In 2003 an additional bedroom/guest/office, with vaulted ceiling and separate entrance, was professionally built, the tax records show the addition but not the sq. footage. The rear yard is fenced and nicely landscaped..it feels very private. RV gate and small RV parking area, storage shed, built in shelving in the garage, spacious laundry with door to rear yard and lots of other extras. All measurements are approximate.
