Hot tub rules include showering before use, limiting use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, using beach towels, a maximum occupancy of 7 guests, no unsupervised children, no diving or jumping, no food or drink in the tub, no glass in or near the hot tub, keeping the hot tub clean and clear, keeping noise down, no smoking in the hot tub, turning off jets after use, always covering the hot tub after use, no pets in the hot tub, and not turning off the hot tub. Do not add any chemicals, chlorine, bromine, essential oils, bath products, or hot tub scents without approval. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
