Who wants to live in Troy? This is in an awesome subdivision in an awesome location at the end of a cul-de-sac with a huge, private backyard that is fenced and a super quiet area! There is an in-ground pool that has a liner, it has not been used in 5 years. The heater is broken, not sure about the pump. The floorplan is amazing. The home needs some TLC for sure and some updating but you cannot beat the location or the award-winning Troy school district. Troy High School, Smith Middle and Martell Elementary.
