Nestled in the privacy of the Big Hole Valley, life on the Lazy K Ranch feels like you stepped 100 years back in time to the wilds of Montana. The ranch spans 1297 deeded acres of verdant meadows, wooded areas, scenic vistas, natural springs, and is veined with Plimpton Creek and numerous irrigation ditches. It is currently run as a cow/calf and hay operation from May through October. The land can comfortably support approximately 300 head of cattle. There are approximately 900 acres of flood irrigated land, about 200 of which is hay ground. Nine senior water rights convey with the ranch, all of which are exclusive rights off Mussigbrod Reservoir. The Lazy K Ranch includes a 14,000-acre USFS lease in Saginaw Meadows out of Jackson.

The ranch features a charming dry cabin with barn wood finishes on the interior, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of ranching or outdoor activities. Additionally, there are two dry cabins perfect for hosting guests.
