$2000 security deposit.
Renter's insurance is required (relatively inexpensive - $50-60 per year)
No evictions in the past 5 years.
Income-to-rent ratio: 2.5x (negotiable)
Credit score: 680 or above (non-negotiable)
Two forms of current government issued ID, proof of income for last 3 months and current W2.
