How long do you lease the premises?
1 year lease. First month and Security deposit of $600 is required before moving in.

Are the utilities included?
No, you must pay for your own electric (heat is also part of electric bill).
Usually very low in summer ie: under $20, but in the winter time it can run up to $60+ (depending if you shut off the heat when you are gone).
