Plus if your best friend has four legs, they are welcome; Egan Avenue is pet friendly.* These brand new bedroom suites offer a private bedroom and bathroom, with shared common areas, including the living space & kitchen. Some bedrooms include a space for a dorm sized fridge & microwave (appliances not included). All basic utilities + internet included with a $75/month utility fee.
