Turn key house, fully furnished, all bills paid, just a short 22 min. drive from Dodge City, Ks. located in a small town population of approximately 800. Great school system, nice grocery store stays open until 8:00 weekdays, 6:00 Saturdays. Circle K convenience store, gas pumps open 24/7. Both excellent places to get to go pizza orders. Bootleggers bar serves food, buffet on Sunday. Judy's Cafe has excellent breakfast and lunches. Dollar General 1 block south. There is a Nature Park Walking Trail with concrete sidewalk just 1 block north and 1 block west, all covered with tree's, relaxing place, park benches for resting. Farmers State Bank with outside ATM 1 block north, Hospital 6 blocks west of Bank. Most everything in town is within a mile, so not too far to walk, the city does allow golf carts, side by sides, etc. to be driven on the streets. $10 annual fee, proof of insurance is all that is required. Register at the local city clerk office.
