5 min walk from my favorite train station, Noroton Heights, about .5 Miles to Darien beaches, within 5min from Chelsea Piers, Darien YMCA, and Equinox, Whole Foods, Parks and other great recreational site.
Walk or bike to school, Hindley Elementary, Middlesex Middle school, Darien High School.
71 Maple Street, is a hardwood floored, extended Cape so it a good bit larger than a traditional cape. The square footage does not include the 900 sq ft dry, very large basement.
The First Floor is freshly refinished hardwood floors throughout, except for the Kitchen and First Floor Bath which have new ceramic tile.
The Kitchen has ceramic with slate colored ceramic tile, all new appliances - a large volume french door fridge, range with induction top, full size microwave and dishwasher.
The Dining room is large for a Cape design and can easily entertain 10 people.
