Lease Term: 12-months
All prospective tenants aged 18 and older are required to complete the application process. The non-refundable application fee is $45 per adult and includes a credit check, income and employment verification, rental history review, and criminal background screening.
Move-in costs include first month’s rent, applicable monthly fees, and required deposit(s).
Tenant is responsible for electricity, which must be placed in the tenant’s name. Water, sewer, and garbage (W/S/G) are billed at a flat monthly rate along with rent.
Pet Policy: All applicants with or without a pet/animal must complete a profile at Owner approval is required for up to two pets, each weighing less than 40 lbs. Approved pets are subject to breed restrictions, additional deposits, and monthly pet fees.
No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property. No garage access.
