Located approximately 8 miles west of Kaycee, Wyoming, on the tree lined banks of the North Fork of the Powder River and nestled at the base of Wyoming’s majestic Bighorn Mountains, Pass Creek Ranch encompasses a striking diversity of landscapes that combine both agricultural productivity and exceptional recreational appeal. The ranch consists of 4,389± total acres, comprises of 3,231± deeded acres, 680± State of Wyoming lease acres and 478± BLM acres. A defining feature of the Ranch is its abundance of live water and valuable water rights. Pass Creek Ranch benefits from extensive water rights including territorial rights from the North Fork of the Powder River as well as rights from Pass Creek and the Dull Knife Reservoir system, supporting approximately 473± pivot and 85± flood irrigated acres of hay ground which are enhanced by the four center pivots. The City of Kaycee supplies the headquarters and an extensive water line system that includes a 10,000-gallon storage tank and approximately 10 tire tanks for domestic and stock water.
