All animals, including ESAs and service animals, will be screened through pet and must be up-to-date on vaccinations (for cats - FVRCP; for dogs – rabies), spayed or neutered, and licensed, as required, by the county. The nonrefundable pet screening fee is $30/pet, and must be renewed annually.
