This home includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and essentials such as bed linens and towels.
Guests can enjoy the private pool with outdoor furniture and loungers, hot tub access, and gym access. Parking is available on the premises. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available. Guests have complimentary access to resort amenities such as Seven Eagles (Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park), Homestead (Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa), Carriage Pointe (Pool and Spa), Heritage Crossing (2 Pools, Wading Pool, and Spa), The Terraces (Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion), Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park, and Grand Traverse Parkway (Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center). Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities, which cost $15 each and have an expiration date of 3 days. Located in Reunion, a fun-filled luxury gated community known for its golf courses and peaceful streets. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants, just outside the back gate, you will find a wide variety of dining options, alligator farms, airboat rides, water parks, and places of enjoyment. The surrounding area offers easy access to Orlando's major theme parks and local points of interest.
There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Pets are not allowed. Events are not allowed. Guests must drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules. Guests do not have access to Encore amenities or Encore wristbands. This is a self-catering home. Self check-in and check-out is offered.
