Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. This home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway; parking on the grass or alongside streets parallel to another vehicle is prohibited.
