Hi there, welcome to my home. If you rent one room, you may get a roommate when I rent the other room. If you want the place all to yourself, 1500 a month plus 75 dollars if you want to park in the garage. Call me with any questions.
I'll ask you to feed my koi in the pond and alert me when the pond needs any maintenance. If you rent one room only, I'll be your roommate in the basement very rarely when I'm not working and need to come work on the property. If you rent both rooms for 1500, I won't stay inside the home for the duration of your lease and will give you two weeks notice for when I'll be on the property working on landscaping, koi pond, or other projects I have planned like building the back deck (next summer at the soonest) or the greenhouse I plan to build around the koi pond.
