Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. An additional nightly rate will be applied for each guest after the first six. The fireplace is wood burning, and guests should refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval.
