Unauthorized overnight guests will incur a $200 fee plus $50 per person. Parties are prohibited. Pets are NOT allowed, with the exception of legally documented service animals, and any unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine and booking termination. Only flush toilet paper; flushing feminine products or other items will result in plumbing repair charges. Candles are not permitted, and the firepit may only be used when a burn ban is not in place. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and extra toilet paper; an initial set-up of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. A $25 charge will apply if trash is not bagged and placed in the garbage bin. Guests must close and lock all windows and doors when leaving. Security cameras are present and guests may not alter, tamper with, or access them. Guests shall not disturb neighbors or use the premises for unlawful acts. The property is located adjacent to an unfenced drop-off near the river; guests are strongly advised to exercise caution, especially near the edge, and children must be supervised at all times.
