Complimentary WiFi and free parking are provided. Guests have access to select Reunion community amenities, including pools, spas, and a fitness center. RFID amenity cards are required for access and can be purchased for $15 per card, valid for three days. Reunion's water park is not included. Guests may also arrange tee times at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson golf courses directly through Reunion, with reservations and fees being the responsibility of the guest.

Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property, and any violation of the smoking policy will result in termination of the reservation without refund, and/or monetary fines. Pets are not allowed. Events are not allowed. This home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Additional guidelines are posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules. Guests do not have access to Encore amenities or Encore wristbands. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.
