House is on lot 150' X 220'. Built in Music and Intercom system which also includes the Front Door Bell and Intercom. House is wired for Satellite and Cable Service and internet Service. Internet provider is CenturyLink. All exterior window and door glass has 8mil hurricane film installed through out the house. Dinning room and family room are open to each other and share high ceilings . Unique lighting for the ceiling is provided by the open wall between kitchen and living area. All Smoke detectors have just been replaced and they are the new wireless battery operated units. These units will last 10 years per the manufacturer before needing battery replacement. Ceiling fans in all three bedrooms, family room, and sunroom.
