I'm looking for a single occupant to rent my basement room in my townhouse. I'm the only other occupant in the townhouse. As you can see from the pictures it's mostly furnished and includes private bathroom and walk in closet. There is also a small deck and seating area you'd have access to.
No pets.
We would share laundry and the kitchen. You would have access to one(1) dedicated parking spot. Im looking for $1200 a month which would include all utilities. Electric, gas, water/sewage, trash. No cable but you'll have access to Netflix/hulu/hbomax.
Close to I-95 and I-64. U of R is close and VCU is within a reasonable commute.
