Open, spacious, lots of light, great countertop space and no carpet whatsoever. 1 year min lease. Tenant responsible for utilities. No aggressive breeds per insurance. Think about it this way, if you get 4 adults to rent the home, it would be $1575 each down and then $662.50 per month each. If there are pets involved, that's an additional $30.00 per month, per pet. Cheaper than paying $3000 per month for a new build that only has one bedroom and 1 bathroom that doesn't allow pets. This by far is a terrific deal! Won't last!
