Located in the Windsor at Westside community, you gain access to a clubhouse with a kids arcade, children’s activity areas, a full gym, a zero-entry resort-style pool, water playground, water slides, a lazy river, and sports courts. A short drive brings you to Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and the shopping and dining options along nearby roads.
There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 18. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure.
