This spacious house includes 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with two large living areas. It offers a free washer and dryer, a private pool, and a game room with an air hockey table, basketball, and bean bag toss game. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside community, the property also features outdoor pool loungers and free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse.
Pool and spa heating can be added to your reservation for $35 per day, with at least a week's notice required. We welcome furry friends, with a written notification and host approval required. A pet fee and $150 security deposit are required for up to one house-trained dog under 50 lbs. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Parking accommodates up to two vehicles in the driveway, and propane for grills is usually provided by guests.
Located in the ultimate family resort near Disney and other world-class attractions, Windsor at Westside is a sought-after community offering first-class amenities. The property is just a short walk to the clubhouse and a short drive to Orlando's famous attractions, including Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and more. Situated off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, it provides easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed on the property. The property accommodates a maximum of 18 guests, and the individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and one of the guests staying. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property, and additional guidelines are posted within the home. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund if guests violate any rules.
