Smoking and parties are not permitted. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 7 am. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs (or similar breed) are permitted. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
