Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Max 2 pets are allowed, but no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed] are permitted. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
