Ex-planation of the heating bills: Within the time that their mother passed away, they decided to get off the budget. If you contact Potomac Edison, you will see a bill for $800 this is NOT a monthly bill, instead, it was what she paid to discontinue the budget and catch up on just paying usuage. Because of that, the heating bills show as very high. The sellers then went back on the budget and their current figure quoted by PE is $302. a month--very good payment for a home of this size. The owner wanted to also state that during the time they didn't have the home on the budget, they were at the house daily cleaning it out, they heated and cooled it and used the laundry fascilities. The only thing they didn't do was cook. The refrigerator remained on as well. The seller can provide you with documentation of the billing upon request.
