Replaced 2 large living room windows with high efficiency dual pane /argon gas windows. updated with solid wood doors for all interior doors. With all these upgrade, as per Bucks County Fuel Company, this house heating oil has dropped from 2,200 gallon per season to around 600 gallon. New updated on 2017 including: Rear sun porch roof structure and flat roof removed and replaced. Partial asphalt drive installed. New front storm door. R-30 insulation added to crawl space under rear kitchen floor. New pump motor installed on the pool. On 2019, New carpet installed on second floor after moved out, new flooring installed in front living room and kitchen, new oil tank was replaced.**** All showing my be accomplished by agent with signed both COVID-HSA and COVID-PAN forms from all parties before confirm showing appointment.
