Fridge, Gas Stove/oven, Coffee machine, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, cookware, pots, pans, utensils. Grill on our deck! 1st bedroom has Queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds. Waterfront access is across a small private and tranquil road only a few steps from the cottage - a 30-second walk! We have a ''right-of-way'' to share, but a quiet dock - a private shore on 704 acre Balch lake. Go fishing right from the dock. Cottage resides on this quiet and private road - great for walkers, runners, or bicycles. Davis Recreation Center is our private and well-managed significant association, including access to tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, swing sets, and Recreation Center for events as a Shady Nook Member. Our $250 dues pay for winter plowing, roads maintenance, and more! Even an area to set up a pro-size volleyball net.
