It is a unique situation as it's ownership is like a condominium but the HOA takes care of most all the exterior. Below the cottage has room for 2 cars. There are 2 extra parking spaces on that street, first come first serve. You have a storage area for beach equipment or golf cart storage. An entertainment area with a bar and granite countertops,4 Polywood all weather stools and swing. A television and small refrigerator. Also, other outdoor seating and a grill. The balcony upstairs has outdoor furniture too. It's great for your morning coffee! Then into the front entrance you'll see that the nautical themed decor is bright and inviting. The ceramic floors and white louvers blinds add to the luxury. Both bedrooms have very nice bedding from Southern Tide with mattress toppers for added comfort. A Pottery Barn bunk bed with twin and full size mattresses and steps to reach the top. Both bathrooms have upgraded vanities and decor. Wash and dryer was new and installed in 2023. The kitchen is fully stocked glassware and dishes, bakeware. Dishwasher was new and installed in 2023. The HVAC newer and was installed and duct work was rerouted in 2019. Guest cottages do not gutters, we installed ours in 2019. We replaced all windows in 2019. This cottage and it's amenities stand out from the rest! New owner must verify sq footage. Owner is the listing agent.
