Or go outdoors to the patio to inhale the relaxing, fresh salt air overlooking the marina. On this floor, you’ll have access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and the charming ‘Treasure Chest.” An excellent room for adults or children with two (2) twin beds and an expansive closet.

3rd Level: En-suite & Laundry
Up the stairs, there are two (2) en-suites. “Captain’s Quarters” is marina side with a view of the vibrant turquoise and emerald water. Enjoy a luxe king bed with percale sheets and lofty hypoallergenic pillows, large closets, a flatscreen cable-ready TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a gorgeous soaking tub. There is a designated workspace overlooking the marina, a large walk-in closet, 2 large dressers, and side tables.

“Sunshine Lookout”, the second ensuite, is a joyfully decorated spacious room with a king bed with percale sheets and lofty hypoallergenic pillows, a large closet, flatscreen tv, and a private full bath (tub/shower). There is a corner working desk: a large walk-in closet and 6 drawer dresser along with an armoire with storage drawers.

The two rooms are separated by a hallway with new stackable LG washer and dryer and a hanging rack.

Storage/Parking:
The home includes private covered parking and 1 additional uncovered parking lot spot. There is a large lockable storage unit, including an outside fridge/freezer.

Complex Amenities:
Staying at the Bonefish Yacht Club means quiet privacy and the ability to enjoy the 4-acre complex, including a tiki area, large pool, and tennis courts. Centrally located within the heart of the Keys-- it’s convenient to a Publix or Winn-Dixie for groceries, schools, local shopping and restaurants.

There is no dock with this rental.

Non-smoking home. Any damage caused by smoking will be deducted from the deposit and may result in additional costs.

Utilities: The unit includes Cable and high-speed Wifi (Xfinity). There is also a Nest thermostat included with the unit to help control AC energy costs. The community has 2 designated trash pick-up areas.

Electrical is at renter's expense (FKEC)

There is boat trailer storage on the property for an additional $50 annual fee.
