Every guest has the opportunity to rent beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks. Grocery delivery and a qualified babysitter can also be arranged. This home has a Golf Membership which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, tennis and our champion Pete Dye golf course. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the vacation rental property. If a pet is discovered on the property, the rental will be terminated immediately, no refund will be given and there will be a minimum charge of $500 for carpet cleaning and flea control.
